With regard to optimization, the role of assembly language is highly inevitable in semantic structure of high level language as the optimization process timing of assembly language is and will be quickest. Also most application working in real time is also written in assembly language.
With regard to arithmetic, the role of assembly language is highly important in semantic structure of high level language as high level language used more complex arithmetic while arithmetic in assembly language is easy to use and understand making the process of program simpler.
With regard to instructions cycle the role of assembly language is highly significant in semantic structure of high level language as due to instructions cycle in assemble language we can jump anywhere in our program as this is not in case in high level language.
